My career path has taken me from managing teams at a 200,000 square foot retail giant to maintaining critical systems for the Social Security Administration, giving me a rare combination of customer-facing operational experience and deep technical expertise.
I currently hold certifications in CompTIA, Microsoft, ISC2, and ZoomText, and am always looking to earn more. My technical scope covers everything from AS/400 iSeries maintenance and Cisco networking to cloud server provisioning and SQL database management.
